Let's Meet Life.
Most of us spend a lot of time somewhere other than here.
What happens when, for a little while, we set some of that down?
We breathe.
We notice.
We make room for what's already here.

Hi, I'm Juli.
I've spent much of my life curious about what it means to be here. To be human. To be in relationship with ourselves, with one another, and with life itself.
These days, I'm less interested in having the answers.
I'm more interested in making room for what's here.
Conscious Breathwork
Conscious Breathwork is a guided experience using circular, connected breathing and music.
For a little while, there's nothing else to do. Nothing to figure out. No problem to solve. No particular place to get to.
We breathe, notice, and make room for what's here.
Every experience is different.
Sometimes there may be sensation, emotion, movement, imagery, or insight.
Sometimes there may be quiet.
There's no particular experience you need to have.
Ways to breathe together
Groups
Breathing together in a group creates its own kind of space.
From an intimate gathering to a larger community experience, Conscious Breathwork can be offered for groups of different sizes.
If you have a group in mind, we can create an experience that fits the people, place and occasion.
1:1 Sessions
A 1:1 session offers a private space with the experience shaped around you.
The privacy of these sessions may allow for more freedom to follow what arises, whether that's emotion, sound, movement, stillness or something entirely your own.
You'll have my individual attention throughout, with plenty of room for your experience to unfold in its own way.
Retreats
Conscious Breathwork can be a beautiful addition to a retreat, offering dedicated space within the larger experience to breathe, listen, and notice what's present.
I've facilitated breathwork as part of retreats in a variety of settings and enjoy working with retreat leaders to thoughtfully create sessions that complement the experience they're already creating.
The session can be shaped around the group, setting, and rhythm of the retreat.
